Prime Consultant for the complete engineering and design of a new 1MW diesel Generating Station to Hydro One Standards including contract administration and demolition of existing station.

SCOPE

Profor acted as prime consultant and provided expertise in the mechanical systems design The station conforms to Hydro One Remote Station standards and was successfully commissioned in the spring of 2011 and the final assets were removed from the old station and transported on the 2011/2012 winter road. The new station provides much needed electrical capacity enabling the community to advance critical infrastructure projects and support local economic development.
